We have a patent on this tie-down design. Ties can be put through the 5 tabs on the comforter and then through 5 buttonholes in the "adapted" duvet cover. This will hold the duvet cover and comforter in place and create the puffy, luxurious, tufted look. Instead of ties, covered buttons, tassels, etc can be tied to the tabs...you can be creative!
