Caffeine blocks adenosine which slows down nerve cell activity in your brain, making it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep during the night. Stop drinking coffee after lunchtime or switch from coffee to decaf if possible. This will give your body more time before the caffeine kicks in when you fall asleep.
